From 6 to 9 April 2009, UNESCO-IHE will hold its annual PhD Seminar. At the seminar current research students will present the latest results of their work.
The event not only provides a setting for PhD researchers to attend presentations of their peers, but also creates an opportunity for interaction, sharing of information, collaboration and the building of trust relationships.
The seminar will open on Monday morning with a Studium Generale on “Water Purification Science in the Coming Decades”.
This year three internationally renowned experts will speak about the importance of technological advancements in the provision of sustainable access to safe drinking water, sanitation, and a clean environment.
