In case you need a transcript of your Degree / Diploma, obtained at (UNESCO-)IHE, please complete the form below.

Please note that:

  • request for transcripts can only be submitted by the person to whom the original document was issued;
  • requests to provide any new document based upon new information cannot be honoured;
  • UNESCO-IHE provides official documents, based upon information stated by the student upon his / her studies at the institute. This information (i.e. name-date of birth – nationality) is (was) being used within UNESCO-IHE’s administration as well as Netherlands governmental administration;
  • UNESCO-IHE issues a diploma transcript to an alumnus once only.
