Dr. Roberto Valencia Vazquez, alumnus (ER 1999-2006) and guest Lecture from Mexico, was back at UNESCO-IHE to teach at the short course on 'Solid Waste Management'. Roberto, also well known on the football field, participated in the UNESCO-IHE football tournament 2011 again this year.
