Between 19 and 24 September 2011 the UNESCO-IHE Refresher Seminar on "Small water supply sanitation systems" was held in Cochabamba, Bolivia.
All eligible alumni from Latin America and the Caribbean were invited to participate. In total, 21 alumni attend the course most of them with the support of a scholarship from Nuffic. Many old ties were renewed, fresh ones were made, a substantial amount of information was exchanged and the course was genuinely enjoyed by all involved."
