The motivation to work on aquatic ecosystems has started since the development of my Master's thesis in Kenya, where I carried out my 3-month fieldwork in the tropical forest collecting samples and, consecutively, performing laboratory work at UNESCO-IHE.
I want to be an expert in my field and have an 'effect' on the protection, preservation and sustainable utilization of water resources.
