Employed by the International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IHE) - Delft. Responsibilities include work on several research projects, dealing with data analysis/mining and knowledge engineering & management, and contribution to the education and training activities in the hydroinformatics postgraduate course in fields of: 2D Numerical Modelling Advanced Software Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies and Geographical Information Systems.

Research and lecturer assistant April 1993 – June 1998
Employed by the "St. Ciril & Methody" University at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje, Macedonia. Work included the research in computational hydraulics, hydrology and artificial intelligence, education and training in the field of hydroinformatics, consultancy, professional software development and participation in international and national projects.

Software developer May 1996 – Dec 1996
Employed by the National Water Board in Skopje, Macedonia. The work included the development of the GUI within MicroStation Geographics for Watershed Information System for Republic of Macedonia. This work was a part of a short-term national project.
Employed by "Pakom" – engineering software house in Skopje, Macedonia. The work was aimed at the development of knowledge-base management information system for national Hydro-Meteorological Centre in Skopje. This work was a part of a short-term national project.

Training and lecturing in using various software packages within he frame of "Alexandria" computer training centre in Skopje.

"Data mining and data-driven modelling". Applied research project (1998-2002). Objective: development and application of state-of-the art data mining tools for several clients: Rijkswaterstaad, Municipality Rotterdam and STOWA.
"Investigation of the Applicability of Data Mining Techniques at Hoek van Holland". Applied research project (1998-1999). Objective: application of theory of non-linear dynamics and deterministic chaos for prediction of currents and water levels. Client: Directorate North Sea, Rijkswaterstaat.
"Corporate knowledge map: specification, design, and implementation" (2000-2001). Activities: mapping of the available knowledge objects, their relationship and flow of information within Delft Cluster organisations.
"Communities of Practice". Delft Cluater researc project (2000-2002). Activities: specification, design and implementation (prototyping) of digital platforms supporting collaborative working.
"Text Mining for Knowledge Management" (1999-2001). Clients: GeoNet, IRC. Objective: development of set of text analysis tools for automated concept extraction, text summarisation, clustering and categorisation.
"Development of Water Information Network - WIN" (1998-1999). Client: Netherlands Water Partnership. Objective: development of web-based information system for the Dutch water sector.
"NetCoast portal" (1999-2000). Clients: RIKZ / CZMC. Objective: development of portal in integrated coastal zone management.
"Netherlands Hydrological Platform" (2000-2001). Clients: NHP/DC. Objective: development of portal supporting collaborative working of hydrological researchers in the Netherlands.
"Electronic market and trading of modelling services and assets of engineering SMEs - ELTRAMOS" (1998-1999). Partners: IHE - Delft and CAP GEMINI - France. Clients: LMC - Belgium, HYDRATEC - France. Project activities included development of a DSS for trading of engineering modelling services.
