Devendra Saroj graduated (B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, 2002) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Roorkee (India), and completed M.Tech. (Environmental Engineering and Management, 2004) from IIT-Kanpur (India). He obtained doctoral degree in Environmental Engineering (with Doctor Europaeus, 2007) from University of Trento (Italy).
His research interests include- Membrane Bioreactors for wastewater treatment, biological process and fouling modeling in MBRs, application of ozonation on model organic compounds, industrial effluents and sewage sludge, electro-oxidation for sludge reduction and soil remediation and various dynamic modeling applications to wastewater engineering.
