Resume

He was born in Shiraz, Iran, in 1978. He graduated with a B.Sc. in Civil engineering from Shiraz University, Iran in 1999. Later he received a Master of Science (Gold Medalist) in Hydraulic Structures from Amir Kabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), Iran in 2001. After that he worked for Port and Shipping Organization of Iran for one year as a researcher in coastal engineering department. In late 2002 He joined Pouya Tarh Pars Consulting engineers as a design manager dealing with port planning and design of coastal structures. In April 2007 He graduated with another M.Sc. in coastal engineering and port development from UNESCO-IHE, Delft, The Netherlands after carrying out his research in WL | Delft Hydraulics. Since October 2007 he is working in UNESCO-IHE as a lecturer/researcher in port planning and coastal engineering.
